I am a contactee. I was told they can not go faster than light although the light speed barrior is a primitive myth. It is not because mass increases with speed, but because light speed is simply just very fast. There are no matter decompilers. They said there really is no free energy but they do know how to build things far more efficiently than we do and could easily show us how to double our mileage while keeping our engine performance the same. The aliens have a general policy of not sharing technology with us which theu adhere to except in special situations.
