What to get on Steam - Victoria or one of the X-Com games?

I'm looking for a strategy game mainly for offline play with a lot of complexity and replay value. What is the better game for long summer days, Victoria (the first game with expansion), X-Com Apocalypse or X-Com Extraterrestrials?
