Can you see people who have blocked on you facebook on the list of a mutual friend's friends?

I know that's a little bit of a tongue twister. Basically, someone blocked me, but we're both friends with a third person. I went on this third person's page and saw the person who blocked me on their list of friends. Now, I thought I couldn't see them at all if they blocked me.
