Is there someone I can talk to about extraterrestrials? I'm not sure what happened...?

A lot of contactees are difficult to get a hold of, and most even charge for information or conversation. I've read and learned about the Pleiadians, some about the Arcuturians and also the darker alien species (Greys and the Reptilians, etc.). A couple of weeks ago, I was dreaming as I do sometimes as my eyes are closed, but every few seconds I open them and see the room around me. When I close them again, I see the dream once more. But when I would close my eyes, I was standing on the other side of the wall I sleep against outside my apartment. I was looking up at the balcony at this black figure. I said "hello" as I thought confronting it would be a good idea (because it was directing it's interest down at me). No eyes, no features, just a black figure. As soon as I did this, I felt as though I were being electrocuted, and I opened my eyes, looking around my room and was paralyzed as I felt this shock for about 3 seconds. Then I freaked out, thought I had let some demon enter me and I'm not sure how, but pushed whatever it was out of my being and felt shocked again. Every time I blinked I saw outside, but I mostly kept my eyes open by this point because I was so frightened. During the second shock, I was also paralyzed, but I was barely being able to break it, trying to hit my hand against the wall or scream, and I was making this gagging noise in the attempt, to alert my friend, who was sleeping on the other side of the room something was happening. Afterword, I felt strangely calm, could move again, crawled over on the floor beside my friend and stayed there. She woke up and I told her everything. Since then, my beliefs of this experience have changed from it being a demon to an alien, and it tried to connect with me or something, and the energy was too much for me to handle, to it being a severely negative alien trying to hurt me. Since then, I have also concentrated on love and light and being cautious with the things I let into my mind. I do not want to attract dark energy beings to me, and thus far, it has worked. I feel much less fear and if anything, more aware and conscious. But as to the being I described, can anyone shed any light that knows or has experienced something similar? It's not clouding my mind any longer, but I am very curious. I know that it wasn't a dream, but I don't know what else it could be. Out of body experience?? I'm not sure. I'm only still progressing on this path of learning. Live in peace. :)
