Is this a real ufo or helicopter?

Wow that's a good ufo clip! It's not a helicopter as i live right next to a military base and see them at night a lot and none of them look anything like that clip. I have seen a ufo close by hovering above some trees near a few homes and it too was round and had orange lights around the middle of the craft and made no sound at all.
