WILL THIS HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT?

Your starting out way too hard, and with such short term goals, your not giving yourself the true gift of being healthy, or even much chance at getting the results you expect, honestly you'll drop out within a few weeks, your brain and body need time to catch up with your mind's ambitions, and dieting, exercise and health are all pretty straight foward, you don't have to use witch craft or silly drinks to get what you want. You do have to be more long term minded, are you just going to be healthy for a few weeks, then call it quits ? You think it's just going to maintain itself after 3 months ? You have to be sensible, I don't mean to sound so sarcastic, but I'm tired. You need much more protein in your diet and don't repeatedly eat the same thing, variety, your body and more importantly brain, need many nutrients and such to keep you at optimal level.
