I am 16 year old weighing 121 kg around 266 lbs. My height is 5 foot and 2 inches. The main problem is I am a food lover I just keep on eating and eating. I have a treadmill a exercise cycle and a twister machine but I get tired after 5 minutes I can't loose wight now after 2 weeks i have some family gathering I have to anyway loose at least 10 kg. Please Suggest some diet plans and exercises to loose my weight and increase my height.
