Extraterrestrial life?

1) Is wrong. All the matter was created when the Big Bang happened, but the solar systems were and are being created cause that matter, in the form of huge clouds of dust becomes attracted due to gravity. That means solar systems get wiped out on a daily basis (stars who die out and explode for example) and new ones get formed daily too. So all together that means planets which may contain life don't have to be and probably aren't the same age.
