How would I go about smoking in front of my friends?

I like to smoke. I am not addicted, but I randomly crave them before I even started to smoke. I have a lot of smokers in my family. The people in my house are the only people that dont smoke in the family. I want to know how to hide it? and how would I smoke in front of my friends I usually dont smoke in front of. I feel kind of bad because some of them are really against smoking. How did you hide it and how did your non smoker friends learn to accept it? Remember my parents dont smoke so non smokers can smell the smoke better than smokers
