Help Nancy drew trail of the twister!!!?

Im really frustrated right now! In Nancy drew trail of the twister I have finished the mice thing and put them in the spring house.I went back to the farmhouse, & talked to debbie but she didnt say anything. In a walkthrough it says I was supposed to chase a twister/tornado. Im stuck in the game!! I only got 3 cloud pictures taken. Do you have to take all the cloud pictures before you can chase the twister.tornado??? OMG please help ASAP BTW im on Senior mode
